Our team is a year-round competitive USA Swimming team offering high quality, professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to promote a lifetime of wellness through the sport of swimming in a safe and inclusive environment.

We had an extremely exciting weekend at the Forest Grove Pentathlon Meet.  We will send out a full recap of the meet in the coming days!  Please review the weekly email below, and pay close attention to upcoming deadlines for additional T-Shirt and swim cap orders!

Billing Information

  • Monthly Dues: Billed on the 1st of each month, beginning September 1.
     

  • Annual Admin Fee: A once-per-year $60 per swimmer fee will be charged in October to cover T-shirts, caps, prizes, and other program investments.
     

  • Withdrawal Process: A 30-day notice is required to cancel enrollment. Please contact Coach Danny if you wish to withdraw.

 

 

Please Update Your T-Shirt Size

We will be placing our team T-shirt order at the end of the month.
 

 If you’d like to update your T-shirt size, please make any changes by Monday, September 29.

How to Update Your Size

  1. Sign in to our Team Website.
     

  2. Click “My Account.”
     

  3. Select “Account Info.”
     

  4. Click “Members,” then choose the member whose T-shirt size you want to update.
     

  5. Scroll to “Apparel Sizing” and update the “Shirt Size.”
     

Note:
If you are new to the team, your size was entered when you joined. Returning members who have been on the team for a while may wish to check and adjust for a larger size if needed.

Additional Shirts

Additional Cap Order Form

All swim team members receive one complimentary silicone swim cap.

  • Cost: $12 per cap
     

  • Billing: The charge will be added to your Life Time account in October.
     

While we’ll keep a few spares on hand during the year, we’re aiming to place one large order now. If you already know you’ll want an extra cap, it’s a big help to include that in this initial order.

 

 

Developmental Meet: Fall Kickoff – October 3

We’re excited to host our first developmental meet of the season on Friday, October 3.
These fun, low-key meets are designed especially for new swimmers.

  • Who Should Participate: Developmental 1 & 2, Bronze, and Silver athletes are encouraged to attend.
     

  • Gold Group: Will practice in the outdoor lap pool during the meet.
     

Registration:
All participants must register for the new season on Swimmingly. I sent out an email on 9/28 to all returning swimmers who have not registered for the new season in Swimmingly.

  • Meet Dates: Oct. 17–19

  • Registration Deadline has Passed

THSC November Open

  • Meet Dates: Nov. 7-9

  • Registration is OPEN until 10/16

  • Note- at this time you cannot sign-up for individual events, please let us know in the “NOTES” the day(s) you would like to attend.  

 

Equipment Reminder:

 

With many new swimmers, we do not have extra team gear for everyone. Please review your group’s list here: [FALL EQUIPMENT LISTS] and purchase the required items  as soon as possible. Coaches will not leave their group to get missing gear for athletes that don’t have it. All swimmers will receive a new cap in October.
