Swim Caps and T-Shirts Are In!

We’re excited to share that team swim caps and T-shirts have arrived! Our coaching staff has organized all items by swimmer and group. Swimmers can pick them up before or after practice this week.

We strongly encourage parents to be the ones to receive these items, as in past seasons, several caps and shirts have been left behind on the pool deck after practice.

Thank you for your help in making sure every swimmer gets their gear. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

Drop-Off, Leisure Pool, and Outdoor Spa Procedures

As a reminder, all swimmers ages 11 and under must be escorted onto the pool deck by a designated adult before practice. Parents may leave once the coach has made contact with the swimmer — however, this should not be earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. A designated adult must also be present to pick up all swimmers (11 & under) at the conclusion of practice.

Please also note the following facility rules regarding leisure pool and spa use:

  • Swimmers 12 and under are not permitted to use the leisure pool at any time without a parent present on the pool deck.

  • Swimmers ages 12–15 must be accompanied by an adult if they plan to use the outdoor spa after practice.

In recent weeks, there have been several instances of unsupervised swimmers (12 & under) in the leisure pool before and after practice, as well as unsupervised swimmers (12–15) using the outdoor spa. These rules are in place for the safety of all participants and to maintain a positive relationship with the facility.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in following these guidelines — doing so helps reflect well on our team and ensures a safe, enjoyable environment for all swimmers.
