Our team is a year-round competitive USA Swimming team offering high quality, professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to promote a lifetime of wellness through the sport of swimming in a safe and inclusive environment.

Life Time swimmers did an outstanding job at the HEAT Age Group Jubilee (Dec. 12-14) and the HEAT Winter Invite (Dec. 13-14).  Please take a look at the swimmer highlights below:

Developmental 1 Highlights

Theodore Cois – Crushed his first USA meet and placed 5th overall in the 50 Freestyle.
Highlight swim: 50 Freestyle

 


 

Developmental 2 Highlights

Conan Duffy – Shined at his first USA meet, getting ready and behind his block independently.
Highlight swim: 50 Backstroke

Sofia Kapinus – Found a meet buddy in Dinorah and found her footing at her first USA meet.
Highlight swim: 50 Breaststroke

 


 

Bronze Highlights

Eddie Cois – Competed both days and brought positive energy to the entire group. Showed great attention to detail in his races and achieved two State cuts in the 50 Back and 100 IM.
Highlight swim: 100 IM

Lydia Duffy – Had a strong meet that showcased continued growth and racing confidence. Dropped time in all races and challenged herself in a new event.
Highlight swim: 100 Free

Amy Guo – Delivered strong performances across all races while enjoying time with teammates and coaches. Achieved two State cuts in the 100 IM and 50 Fly.
Highlight swim: 100 IM

Paia Haines – Had a strong meet highlighted by several impressive new swims. Cheered on teammates from the coaches table and stayed locked in for all races.
Highlight swim: 50 Breaststroke

Andrew Hitt – Raced competitively and applied feedback effectively throughout the meet. Showed great progress in the 100 IM and earned a State cut in the 100 Breaststroke.

Nora Nicolai – Delivered another solid meet with strong swims. Stayed focused for all races and had a great time supporting teammates between events.
Highlight swim: 50 Breaststroke

Dinorah Page – Competed both days and adapted quickly to the meet format. Stayed locked in on her turns throughout all races.
Highlight swim: 100 Free

Maya Rami – Delivered impressive swims and showed great progress in all events. Brought positive energy and helped teammates get to their races.
Highlight swim: 100 Free

Sami Rami – Had an excellent meet with time drops in all events while consistently supporting her teammates.
Highlight swim: 50 Breaststroke

Vincent Schremer – Competed both days and brought great team spirit. Took on new and challenging events with confidence and showed strong progress throughout the meet.

Naava Shahbeigi – Had a great meet with time improvements in all races and achieved a State cut in the 25 Breaststroke.

Joseph Wang – Delivered strong swims across all events and raced with confidence while applying feedback effectively.

Silver Highlights

Jasper Chang – A massive support for teammates on deck. Had strong breaststroke swims, highlighted by a big drop and State cut in the 100 Breast.
Highlight swim: 100 Breast

Anna Downie – Represented Silver well with strong focus all weekend. Dropped time in both the 50 and 100 Breast and raced the 200 Breast for the first time.

Makayla Bolden – Stepped up this weekend by swimming her first 100 Fly. Continues to show growth and embrace new challenges.

Nehara Gunasekera – A huge source of energy for teammates, always cheering behind the lanes when not racing. A stellar teammate all weekend.
Highlight swim: 50 Free

Mason Jin – Competed in his first USA meet and excelled. Stayed locked in, gained valuable experience, and had a huge weekend of growth.
Highlight swim: 50 Fly (no goggles)

Adam Kao – Put his hard work from practice into his races and supported teammates whenever he was not racing.
Highlight swim: 100 IM

Oliver Ng – Brought endless energy and helped lift team spirits when needed. Always provides a spark for the group.

Niki Shahbeigi – Came ready to race, dropping time in both events and showing strong leadership for her teammates.

Dexter Thomas – Loves to race and showed it all weekend. Continues to embrace the challenge of butterfly and distance events.

Gold Highlights

Aurelia Anderson – Achieved best times in all seven swims, earned new State cuts in the 100 Fly and 200 IM, and qualified for finals in both events.
Highlight swim: 100 Fly

Simon Boariu – Dropped time in four events, including a four second drop in the 100 Fly. Qualified for finals in five races and finished 4th overall in the Boys 13–14 100 Fly.
Highlight swim: 100 Fly

Danya Carmona – Earned four new best times, including a 12 year old State cut in the 100 Back. Qualified for finals in five races and finished 8th in the 200 Back.
Highlight swim: 100 Back

Izzy Da Cruz – Swam best times in every race, highlighted by a 15 second drop in the 200 Free. Earned six new 11 year old State cuts across multiple events.
Highlight swim: 200 Free

Sonia Ellefson – Showed toughness competing through a knee injury while dropping time in all six races. Qualified for finals in the 200 IM and 100 Free.
Highlight swim: 200 IM

Alexander Frimkiss – Showed great team commitment by returning to swim a relay Saturday night and followed it up with a strong Sunday 200 with over a one second drop.
Highlight swim: 200 Free

Marcus Kim – Dropped time in all seven races and earned a new State cut in the 50 Back. Qualified for finals in the 200 Free, 50 Back, and 200 IM.
Highlight swim: 50 Back

Morgan Lee – Showed resilience by finaling in the 200 Fly and dropping 13 seconds from her morning swim. Also delivered a strong 200 Back in finals.
Highlight swim: 200 Fly

Henry Little – Posted nearly six second drops in both the 100 Breast and 200 IM. Racing with increasing confidence and consistency.
Highlight swim: 200 IM

Brooke Lunden – Dropped 2.5 seconds in the 200 Back, finishing 2nd overall and qualifying for the Northwest Age Group Regional Meet in March.
Highlight swim: 200 Back

Madison Mason – Dropped time in four races and contributed to a strong 3rd place finish on the 200 Free relay.
Highlight swim: 100 IM

Lola Rodenas Diez – Returned to competition and earned a new best time in the 50 Fly despite only being back in the water for a few weeks.
Highlight swim: 50 Fly

Patrick Schremer – Achieved best times in the 100 Free and 50 Breast, including over a one second drop in the 50 Breast.
Highlight swim: 50 Breast

Elowyn Thomas – Had a huge meet with time drops in all seven races. Finished 1st overall in the 100 Free and earned four Northwest Age Group Regional cuts.
Highlight swim: 100 Free

Claire Tung – Achieved best times in all five races, qualified for finals in the 50 Breast, and dropped three seconds in the 100 Breast.

Tristan Tung – Dropped time in all three races, highlighted by a massive 16 second drop in the 200 Free.
Highlight swim: 200 Free

Will Wang – Qualified for finals in all six races and finished 3rd in both the 50 Free and 50 Breast, with a best time in the 50 Breast.
