Multi-Swimmer Discount

For regular season (September through May), there is a 20% multi-swimmer discount for families with more than one swimmer.  The first swimmer pays the regular fee; any additional swimmers from the same family in the same or lower fee groups receive a 20% discount. 

 

GROUP EXPLANATIONS

Advanced - For the swimmer age 10 and up who wants focused conditioning and wants to compete at higher levels. Appropriate for experienced competitive swimmers, high school swimmers or athletes in more than one sport.
Advanced (High School) - For the high school swimmer who can only swim for 6 months of the 9 month season due to high school swimming commitment.

Intermediate - For the swimmer age 8-12 whose primary goals include stroke improvement, conditioning, and local competition; secondary goals of qualifying for Ozark Championships or Zones.
Emerging Swimmer - For the swimmer who has mastered freestyle and is at least beginning other strokes. Primary goals include stroke improvement and conditioning; secondary goals include local competition.

 

Competition Requirements

Tsunami Swim Club is a competitive team, participating in numerous USA Swimming sponsored meets throughout the swim season. In order to ensure a competitive atmosphere, all swimmers are required to swim in at least 2 meets throughout the season. Swimming in more meets is highly encouraged!

 

 

ADDITIONAL FEES

A USA Swimming registration fee is required for all swimmers. If a swimmer is NOT USA Registered, they will be pulled from the block at meets and will be unable to participate in practices.

 

Swim meet fees generally range from $25-50 per meet, depending on the number of events and swimmers attending. Tsunami Swim Team will pay meet fees for all swimmers registering for swim meets; however, any swimmer that registers but doesn’t show will be charged the meet fees due to non-attendance. This is to encourage all registered swimmers to ensure they attend the meets.

 

Season Commitment Policy
Joining the Tsunami Swim Team is a full-season financial commitment. Because our program operates with fixed costs, fees are not refundable or prorated for swimmers who choose to leave the team before the season ends.

 

There are no refunds on fees paid.
