The Armada Swim & Adventure Camp is a program of the Armada Boosters Club, Inc. Our refund policy allows us to reliably staff our program with highly qualified swim instructors while ensuring fairness to all families.

Refund, Transfer, or Credit Requests

All requests for refunds, transfers, or credits must be made in writing via email to the Camp Director:

*Transfers are at the discretion of the Camp Directors and based on availability in the preferred week.


Infectious Disease-Related Cancellation Policy

If a camper must withdraw within 5 days of the start of their camp session due to:

  • A positive COVID test

  • Other illness

  • Exposure to someone who tested positive for COVID

πŸ‘‰ No refund will be issued, as program expenses have already been allocated based on your child’s enrollment.

πŸ“Œ We will make every effort to find an alternate session for your child, but availability is not guaranteed.

πŸ”Ή To help ensure the health and safety of all campers and staff, we ask that families take necessary precautions leading up to camp attendance.


Camp Closure Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

If camp is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, including those related to infectious disease restrictions, camp fees will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee.
