Welcome to Humboldt Swim Club! 

By registering my child(ren) with the Humboldt Swim Club, I agree to the below membership and billing requirements.

Probationary period: New swimmers have a probationary period from the date of tryouts until the end of the month (FREE TRIAL PERIOD) - please notify the treasurer at [email protected] if you decide NOT to join the team BEFORE the 1st of the month.

HSC Admin fee: Our Annual Administration fee of  $50/swimmer will be charged at registration and annually in the FALL during Open Registration.

The $50 registration/admin fee is added at checkout.  It is for the 2026 season.  If your swimmer doesn't start right away this is good for the entire 2025 season. 

Having a credit card on file is REQUIRED.  Automatic Payments are billed on the 1st of the month. 

Multiple Swimmer Families: Families with multiple swimmers will receive a 10% discount on their dues.

Fundraising Obligation: Each family is required to fundraise a minimum  of  $400  per  year.  We will offer multiple team fundraisers throughout the year. Your account will be billed on the 31st of December for any remaining portion of the $400 not raised. This amount is prorated at $400/12months when joining mid year, or leaving the team during the year $33.33 a month.

Sponsorship & Donations: Community sponsors who make tax-deductible donations are a vital source of income for our team. We ask that each family find at least one sponsor. Be sure to have them send their donation with your swimmer's name as a note. 50% of funds obtained through sponsorships brought in will count toward your family fundraising commitment!

Membership Break: Beginning September 2025, HSC will honor our membership a swim break for up to 30 days/1 month off in a calendar year with no dues owed or need to re-try out. You must contact the club treasurer at [email protected] 7 days prior to the first of the requested month off and 7 days priort to the first of the month reuturned.

Dues: You will receive a monthly billing summary and/or invoice from our billing system. Payments are due by the 10th of the month and late if received after the 20th of the month and subject to a late fee of $25. 

Intro:              $95/month  

Bronze:          $110/month 

Silver:            $140/month 

Gold:              $180/month    

Senior I:         $195/month   

Senior Comp:  $210/month  

* 2025 dues have been increased due to a continued increase in operational costs.
