The Ladera Oaks PSA Swim Team offers practice and recreational competition for swimmers 18 & under of all ability levels. Our goal is to offer age appropriate training for all of our swimmers geared towards challenging and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities as well as encouraging the enjoyment that comes with being part of a family friendly aquatics experience.

A swimmers age on June 1, 2025 determines their age for the entirety of the PSA season. Practice is offered Monday - Friday except on swim meet Wednesdays starting June 11.

The PSA dues include a team T-shirt & cap and entry into all dual meets, team events, PSA Championships and the end of season banquet. For current Year-Round USA Swim Team members, there is an add-on to their regular monthly dues to cover all meets, team events, and team T-shirt & cap

Junior Swimmers

Continue to take private lessons but join in on all team activities, meets, and events.
