Waves Aquatics Napa Valley offers aquatics programs for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the Waves Aquatics swim team to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

Our programs include:

Age Group Swim Team - We have groups at St. Helena & Napa pools:   Novice, Age Group and Senior.

Masters Swimming - our Master's group swims 3 days per week. M-W-F from 5:45-6:45am at the St. Helena Aquatic Center pool.

Private Swim Lessons - available during the summer only at the St Helena Aquatic Center
