PDST March Meet
1) More info will be posted soon for the PDST Pentathlon & Last Chance Meet. Please sign up for volunteer jobs to support PDST; it's a great opportunity to learn more about swim competitions!

2)For the Regional Champ Meet, more info will come out once we finalize the entry. It's time to book your hotel and travel! The PDBC volunteer coordinator, Qian Zhang, will help to organize the PDST team during the travel meet through WeChat.
Monthly Schedule
The March 2025 schedule is posted on the PDST website(First page—Schedule Bar—monthly schedule). The yellow highlights are the adjustments from the annual plan.

Due to the high school swim meet at MW in March for HSG1 and HSG2, there will be some makeup practice on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; please double-check.
Private lesson

Dryland schedule & instructionPlease notice that the 4:00-5:00 p.m. dryland is an online dryland. The PDST deck coach will be the supervisor and instructor during the training. Please check the link below for all the training videos and schedule information. Starting in March, the dryland will be on Monday only. Reg and, HSG2, HSG1 will go with Monday's schedule.
