In the just finished NW Age Group Champ Meet at KCAC, PDST finished 14th among 161 teams at the meet. Amber Chong won 2 1st place finishes for Girl's 11-year 50Y butterfly, and 100IM events. She finished in top 8 in every event she attended. One PDST swimmer, representing Interlake High, attended the WIAA High School State Swimming & Diving Championship on Saturday, Feb. 19th; at the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way. Jason Xu, Freshman, finished 7th in 200 free and 5th in 500 free in Class 2A State Championship.

Three PDST swimmers have been selected to represent PNS in the upcoming US Swimming Western Zone Championship meet in August. Following our Level 1 certification in April, PDST went one step higher as itis awarded as a Level 2 Club in US Swimming Club Recognition Program. This program identifies and recognizes club programs that demonstrate a commitment to long term club growth, development and stability. Clubs must meet markers measuring business and organizational success, parent and volunteer development, coach development and education, and athlete development and performance. Clubs are ranked Level 1 through Level 4.
