Fall Practice Schedule
This schedule begins 09/02/2025
Bronze 1: 3 practices a week for 45 minutes each
Bronze 1 will be split into two groups, which each have a youth (11 and younger) and teen (12 and older) practice. These groups are the same, the only difference is which days the groups practice. We will try our best to be flexible! If you can't make a particular practice and want to show up on another day or even change groups entirely just ask!
Bronze 1A: Practices Monday/Wednesday/Friday
- Practices for Swimmers 10 and younger (Bronze 1A youth): Monday and Wednesday 6:30-7:15pm
- Practices for Swimmers 10 and older (Bronze 1A teens): 7:15-8pm on Monday and Wednesday
- Friday 5-5:45pm
Bronze 1B: Practices Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
- Swimmers 10 and younger (Bronze 1B youth): 5:30-6:15pm on Tuesday and Thursday
- Swimmers 10 and older (Bronze 1B teens): 6:15-7pm on Tuesday and Thursday
- Friday 5-5:45pm
Bronze 2: 4 practices a week, 1 hour each
- Monday through Thursday 7-8pm
- Friday 6-7pm
Silver: up to 5 practices a week, 1 hour each / 1.5 hours Fridays
- Monday and Wednesday 5:00-6:00pm
- Tuesday and Thursday 7:00-8:00pm
- Friday 5:30-7:00pm
Gold: up to 8 Practices a week, 1.5 hours each
PM practices:
- Monday and Wednesday 6:30-8:00pm,
- Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 5:30-7:00pm
AM practices:
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 5:30-7:00am
Senior: up to 8 practices a week, 1.5 hours (AM) / 2 hours (PM)
PM practices:
- Monday and Wednesday 6:00-8:00pm,
- Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 5:00-7:00pm
AM practices:
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 5:30-7:00am
High School Conditioning: 2 practices a week, 1 hour each
PM practices:
- Tuesday and Thursday 7:00-8:00pm
Special Practice/Clinics: Select Saturdays, 2:00-3:30pm - Special practices may have several groups in the water at once, and will be focusing on technique. Saturday practice will be announced on a weekly basis and will not count towards your practice totals for the week. There will be no Saturday practice on weekends we are attending a swim meet.
