PSL TEAM STRUCTURE
PSL Aquatic Club is a competitive swim team and member club of USA Swimming that offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and abilities. The goal of PSL Aquatic Club's group structure is to offer age-specific training for all of our athlete members geared toward challenging each individual and developing them to reach their full potential as athletes, as members of the team and as humans.
Practice group assignments are determined by our coaching staff. Factors associated with group assignment include, but are not limited to:

Members of all Pride, Wave, Pre-Senior & Senior groups are expected to participate in PSL's 3 Team-Hosted Meets. PSL typically hosts USA Swimming Meets on weekends in November, February & March. Meet participation expectations for all other meets vary by training group.
