Please see below for information on the upcoming Fitter & Faster Camp at Yorktown High School -
 
This camp is fun, high-energy, and aligned with the skills we're working on in practice.  For the upcoming camp on January 3-4, swimmers ages 10 to 12 will work with lead clinician Rachel Bernharht, a two-time CAA Women's Swimmer of the Year, two-time CAA Champion, and two-time Olympic Trials Qualifier.  Rachel Bernharht receives great feedback from previous camp participants: "Rachel is an excellent clinician.  Her experiences from being on the USA swim team and her successful competitive swim background clearly equipped her with the skills and knowledge to teach younger swimmers how they can improve in and out of the water."
