TRA TEAM PROGRAM

Remember

Don’t lose sight of your Long-term Athlete Development plan in exchange for short-term success for young swimmers.

The role of parents is crucial when children engage in sports.

Parents support and encourage children participating in swimming competitions by assisting with training, cheering on the day of the event, and positively supporting them even in times of failure.

For example, when a child performs poorly in a competition, saying, "Your effort is truly remarkable. This time might not have been great, but you'll do even better next time," is important.

Acknowledging the child's effort and instilling confidence is crucial.

We sincerely appreciate your decision to select our swimming club for your children's sports activities and challenges.
