TRA PROGRAM

Remember

Please provide enough practice for our children to adapt well to swimming lessons and feel motivated.

It can be challenging to maintain the smooth operation of a program with only one practice session per week

Following the TRA Learn to Swim practice plan is recommended to make sufficient progress.

Learn to Swim Group Practice Plan(Requirements):

5 - 7 years old: More than 2 times a week

8 - 9 years old: More 2-3 times a week

TRA Program

Program Purpose

Our swimming school program is designed to nurture a swimming team.

We hope that our children can improve their physical activity, leadership, and social skills through participating in swimming competitions.

It's imperative to adhere to the recommended number of practice days.

Failing to do so may result in your child lacking motivation

and encountering difficulties in making advancements.

Our swimming program entails a substantial volume of exercise with high intensity.
We encourage consistent and ongoing practice for optimal results in the long run.

PS. Physical education can vary greatly based on an individual's fitness and exercise ability.

It is recommended to follow the TRA Learn to Swim practice plan to make sufficient progress.
