Please text us for swimming inquiries between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
We may not be able to respond outside of these hours, except for swim team competition-related issues.
Remember
Please provide enough practice for our children to adapt well to swimming lessons and feel motivated.
It can be challenging to maintain the smooth operation of a program with only one practice session per week
*Children with less developed physical abilities may need extra practice and effort beyond the regular lessons to improve effectively.
Following the TRA Learn to Swim practice plan is recommended to make sufficient progress.

Program Purpose |
Our swimming school program is designed to nurture a swimming team. We hope that our children can improve their physical activity, leadership, and social skills through participating in swimming competitions. |
| It's imperative to adhere to the recommended number of practice days. Failing to do so may result in your child lacking motivation and encountering difficulties in making advancements. |
|
|
Our swimming program entails a substantial volume of exercise with high intensity.
We encourage consistent and ongoing practice for optimal results in the long run.
|
|
| PS. Physical education can vary greatly based on an individual's fitness and exercise ability. |
