The Autumn Ridge Swim Team Parent Advisory Board (PAB) serves a vital role in contributing to the success of the program. The primary purpose of the PAB is to provide important volunteer assistance in the overall day to day operations of the team. The Board cannot meet all obligations of a team as large as ours without continued dedication and support of the ENTIRE team membership. The Board’s commitment of support, whether by use of their time, financial or otherwise, requires involvement by every parent and swimmer on the team. Anyone neglecting to complete his or her commitment to the team effort forces the burden to be carried by someone else. The PAB welcomes all current and new members to a new season. We hope that you will find your experience to be as rewarding and as exciting as it has been in the past!
