SWIM MEETS 

MEET SCHEDULE - 2024

ENTRY GUIDELINES/INSTRUCTIONS

• Review the meet package. Take note of the event schedule and session start times.

• E-mail your coach if you decide you want to attend the meet. Tell them which events you prefer to do, or you can ask the coach what he/she recommends. There is a cut off for meet registrations. Please check your email regularaily once the swim season starts.

• If you need to arrive late or leave early to a meet, please inform your coach.

• Unless otherwise indicated, it is assumed that all swimmers are available for both relays. We do our best to get every swimmer on at least one relay, but we are limited by even numbers and age groups. It is especially important for you to notify us if you are leaving early or arriving late so we do not put a swimmer on a relay when they will not be at the pool.

• A draft of entries will be sent out to the entire club via email within 24 hours of the first deadline. There will be another 24 hour window to let us know if we made mistakes or you need a change. You are responsible for checking for any mistakes or notifying your coach to request any changes. 

• Decisions on any additions or changes after the electronic deadline that is set by the host meet are subject to the discretion of meet management, so be safe and just make sure everything is in on time!

• If for some reason you can't make the swim meet (ie sick in the morning), please text and/or email the coach as soon as you find out so we can make necessary changes/scratches!

• Individual Entries and Relay Team entries will be posted in the team sitting area on the morning of the meet. Check them out as soon as you get to the pool!
