Registration for the 2025 season opens today! You can register your swimmer through our online registration at https://www.gomotionapp.com/team/reccobcpva/page/team-registration .
Practice times and locations are currently being firmed up but will likely be similar or the same as last year. We are waiting for Conservancy verification about school time practice location but hopefully all practices will take place at the Landings pool.

2025 Burke Centre Penguins Registration
We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. You'll have access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your child(ren)'s swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.
Please read the important information below before registering:
- To participate in the Burke Centre Swim Club, FAMILIES MUST ALSO BE MEMBERS OF THE BURKE CENTRE POOLS. Membership to the pools is a separate registration handled by the Burke Centre Conservancy, and is open to Burke Centre residents and non-residents. All pool members are able to use all five Burke Centre pools all summer long during regular operating hours.
Pool registration will open in March. Contact the Burke Centre Conservancy at (703) 978-2928 // www.burkecentreweb.com for membership information & pool locations.
- Running swim meets and making summer swim fun takes a LOT of work and a LOT of volunteers! All families will be required to sign up for 7 volunteer jobs over the course of swim season (e.g., timing, working the snack bar, Fun Fridays, etc.), and we are happy to provide training for all roles. Volunteering together on the pool deck is fun. Your kids will thank you for making their summer swim experience great!
If you really can't volunteer this summer, you can opt-out by paying a $300 fee during the registration process, but we'd much rather have your help.
- All swimmers MUST agree to the code of conduct below.
- BCP swimmers should display proper respect and sportsmanship toward coaches, officials, teammates, parents, fellow competitors, swim facilities and equipment, and the public at all times.
- The possession or use of alcohol or tobacco products by any athlete is prohibited.
- Bullying is not allowed.
- Swimmers are reminded that when competing in meets, and attending other meet-related functions, they are representing themselves as well as BCP. Swimmers’ behavior must positively reflect the high standards of the team.
- Swimmers are to refrain from inappropriate physical contact at team activities and events.
- Swimmers are to refrain from use of inappropriate language.
- Swimmers are to respect the privacy of one another.
- Dishonestly, theft, and/or vandalism will not be tolerated.
- Swimmers are expected to respect each other. Fighting, bullying, intentional touching or striking another athlete is not allowed.
- Always give your best and have fun!

1st Swimmer: $180
2nd Swimmer: $180
3rd+ Swimmer: $150
(Max Amount a Family will Pay is $510)
Due to a system limitation, contact [email protected] if you will have 6 or more
swimmers in your family so we can process your registration manually.
LATE REGISTRATION
May 1st – Late Registration Begins
After May 1, there will be a $20 late fee applied to each swimmer's registration fee up to a maximum of $50 per family.
