Volunteer Checks: If you have not turned in your volunteer check, please do so ASAP! Place your $300 check in your family folder at the pool by Friday, June 6th. If we do not receive your check by Friday, your swimmer will not be able to participate in Time Trials, practices, or meets. This check will be returned once your volunteer hours are completed.
Snack Bar Donations: Have you signed up to donate an item for the snack bar at one of our home meets this season? If so, and you’d like to drop it off early, you can bring it to Lisa Kuchy’s house (5800 Oak Moss Terrace, Burke) by Friday night. We’ll mark off your donation so you receive volunteer credit.
Haven’t signed up to donate food/drinks yet? We’ve added a few snack bar donation spots to the Time Trials job sign-up—check it out if you'd like to contribute!
Grill Master Needed: We need a Grill Master for Time Trials this Saturday (10:30 AM–12 PM)! This volunteer position is listed in the Time Trials job sign-up. The Grill Master will: Set up the grill, grill for one hour and clean up afterward.
FRIDAY PRACTICE LOCATION CHANGE: Practice this Friday, June 6th, will be held at the Landings Pool (6001 Cove Landing Road, Burke). Practice times remain the same—only the location has changed!
ICE CREAM SOCIAL: Join us immediately after your practice group this Friday, June 6th at the Landings Pool for our Ice Cream Social! We need donations of ice cream and toppings, as well as volunteers to help out. You can sign up to donate items or volunteer on the Ice Cream Social event page on the website/app.
