Flippers Up! Your Weekly Splash from the Penguins - Week 6 (7/6-7/12)

This Week's Theme:đŸ•șđŸ“Œ Blast from the Past! 💿🧹

What an Amazing Week in the Water! We are so proud of our Penguins after a week packed with incredible swims and team spirit!

Our B Meet swimmers finally got some sunshine for their Wednesday night showdown, and they made the most of it —swimming hard and dropping time left and right!

At Saturday’s A Meet, our team brought the heat with fast swims, fierce focus, and endless enthusiasm. While Armfield Farm took the win, 270 to 191, our Penguins gave it everything they had in every race — and the time drops prove it!

Let’s keep the energy high as we dive into this week! Go Penguins! 🐧đŸ’ȘđŸ”„

Lollipop Meet: 🍭 Get ready for the sweetest meet of the season — the Lollipop Meet! 🍭

The Lollipop Meet will take place on Wednesday, July 16th at the Commons Pool. This meet is always a total BLAST and is just for our awesome 10 & under swimmers who haven’t placed in an A Meet yet! Whether you’re swimming freestyle, backstroke, kicking with a board, or cruising alongside a coach in the water — it’s all about having FUN and feeling confident. Every swimmer gets a chance to SHINE
and a lollipop when they cross the finish line!

A Meet Declaration!!! EVERY swimmer has the potential to swim in an A Meet! Please declare your availability TODAY for the remaining A Meets. Illness and last-minute changes can pop up, and we've sometimes found ourselves needing more A Meet swimmers after the roster is sent out. If we don’t know you’re available, we can’t add you to the roster — so don’t miss the chance!

Private Lessons: All of our coaches are Red Cross Lifeguard Certified and bring years of coaching experience to the pool. They also offer private lessons! If you're interested, feel free to reach out directly to your child's favorite coach to coordinate a time, location, and focus for the lesson(s).
