The Cascades Rapids is a member-run, family-oriented summer swim team that seeks to provide a fun and competitive environment exclusively for the swimmers in the Cascades community. The team consists of over 200 swimmers (ages 5-18) from approximately 150 families. The Rapids will compete in the White Division of the Colonial Swim League for the 2025 Season. Our 11-12 Girls are reigning Red Division Champions!
