| Registration Night | Reserving a venue where families can meet and greet, get some food, and register for the season. | |
| Welcome Back Potluck | Organizing our first team function of the regular season. Assigning food/beverage duties to families. | |
| Team Cinematographer(s) | Taking pictures/videos of the team throughout the season and placing on a file sharing platform. Some pictures will be featured on our team webpage. | |
| Team Pictures | Working out a date and time for picture day. | |
| Awards | Purchasing team awards at the end of the season (Don't worry we'll reimburse you). Coaches will provide names of award winners. | |
| Team Gear | Working with coaches in acquiring new team gear and equipment for the season. | |
| Fundraisers | Working team fundraisers. Varies by season. | |
| Team Bonding | Organizing, facilitating, and chaperoning team outings. | |
| Champs Dinner | Organizing team dinner the Thursday evening before champs. Also choosing and purchasing gear for our champs theme (You will be reimbursed). | |
| End of Season Party | Organizing the team's end of season celebration. |
