The Coon Rapids Cardinals Swimming and Diving Team is known as a program that regularly produces well rounded individuals who are ready to accomplish any task put in front of them. We strive for improvement and achievement in a fun, supportive, and inspiring environment. We set the example for other teams to follow by how we treat our competitors, the quality of the events that we host, our innate competitive spirit, and our commitment to excellence.

Details:
- 7th-12th grade welcome!
- No swimming or diving experience necessary
- Everyone gets to compete regardless of ability - we do not cut athletes
- All you need is a swimsuit and goggles
- Practices are at Northdale Middle School Pool, generally from 5:30pm-7:30pm.
- Girls' season begins Monday, August 12th, 2024 and ends in early November.
- Boys' season begins Monday, November 25th, 2024 and ends in early March.
