Have a new Cardinal Swimmer or Diver?

Handy Tips for Parents to know: 

• Wear shorts and short sleeves to the meets as it usually gets warm.
   
• Bring something to sit on as the bleachers get hard during the meet.
   
• You can volunteer to work off suit credits by helping with different team opportunities.
   
• If you run concessions you will still be able to see your child's event.
   
• Earplugs are nice to have as it does get loud in the pool area.
   
• If you see someone in a Coon Rapids t-shirt, introduce yourself!
