Taper Season is Upon us

Athletes headed to JV Champs on October 28th have entered into taper, many are hoping to drop the time they need to make it to the section meet. Everyone has worked so hard this season, it is anticipated that some great swims and dives will be had by all athletes. You only get out of taper what you put in before taper starts - these athletes have certainly put in the work! Athletes who qualified for the section meet are working through the final week of tough practices before their taper begins the following week.
