Meets

Our meets will be operated in accordance with each individual facility's guidelines. We are unable to accommodate all parents, swimmers, volunteers, and other meet participants on the pool deck. Only the absolutely necessary meet participants will be allowed on the pool deck. Please expect the following:

  • Parents will not be allowed on the pool deck. Expect to observe from outside with a tailgate-like atmosphere.
  • Parents will be responsible for their swimmer arriving at the "Bullpen" prior to their event/heat and collect the swimmer at the pool deck exit immediately following the heat.

Meet Sign-up

Learn how to sign-up for the meet through lycswim.org or OnDeck app. Registration deadlines are set to allow our coach enough time to set the roster, events, and relays.

Please communicate any last-minute changes to allow for program adjustment as it reduces confusion during the meet for all volunteers.
