REGISTRATION OPENS FEBRUARY 1ST

NO WAIT LIST in 2025!  OPENING DAY SATURDAY MAY 24TH, 2025!

New family memberships are currently being considered.  Membership is obtained by online registration above.    An entire household must be included in the membership. 

Important Notes:

• No refunds will be issued once your membership can access the pool. Make sure to read the Pool Rules before you pay for a membership.
• There is a 3% Credit Card Fee on all credit card transactions via the website.

Returning Members

The fees include a $400 Membership Activation, $125 Maintence, and $50 Yearly Membership for every family member over age 2.

• Add "Yearly Membership" to cart
• If you have family members under the age of 3, add "Toddler Membership" to cart
• Go to "Checkout Now"
• Add the number of family members over age 2 (including the person registering)
• Select "Next" after you confirm the total is the same as the annual dues chart below
• Follow instructions to submit your payment

New Members:
The fees include a $200 Bond (refundable upon membership termination), $200 Initiation, $400 Membership Activation, $125 Maintenance, and $50 Yearly Membership for every family member over age 2.

• Add "Bond Purchase & Initiation Fee & Yearly Membership" to cart
• Add "Yearly Membership" to cart if you have more than one person in your household
• If you have family members under the age of 3, add "Toddler Membership" to cart
• Go to "Checkout Now"
• For the "Bond Purchase & Initiation Fee & Yearly Membership," select the name of the person registering
• Add the number of family members over age 2 (NOT including the person registering)
• Select "Next" after you confirm the total is the same as the annual dues chart below
• Follow instructions to submit your payment

Senior Discounted Dues

For households that own a Hilltop Bond with one or two individuals, all of whom are at least age 65, there is a discounted dues of $350.  If the senior household does NOT own a Hilltop Bond, there is a discounted dues of $750 (includes the $200 Bond and $200 Initiation)

Guest Fees

$10 per guest (Guest are limited to 12 visits per season)

Waiting Lists

August Membership - Registration available beginning July 1
*As of August 6th, August Membership is full and has been closed.*

Memberships for August are available from August 1 through Labor Day. The cost is $300 for a family ($50 for a babysitter). August members themselves are considered guests of the pool and are not permitted to bring guests. There will be a mandatory August Membership Meeting to confirm residency and review the rules of the pool.

Payment
Dues can be paid online through the above registration link.  Checks made payable to Hilltop Swim Club can also be mailed to PO Box 672, Havertown, PA  19083. 

Redeeming your bond
Hilltop Swim Club reserves the right to purchase back bonds returned to the club.  The club will attempt to re-sell the bond to a new member and will then reimburse the previous bond holder for the bond fee.  All bonds returned before March 31st each year will be considered for purchase during the current year. To surrender your paper bond, sign the back and mail it to P.O. Box 672, Havertown, PA 19083. If you do not have a paper bond, contact us at [email protected]. (Note: Outdated checks will not be reissued.)

Board of Governors

Hilltop Swim Club planning decisions are made by the nine elected Board of Governors.   Please refer to the Club By-Laws or contact us if interested in joining the Board to help improve the club.
