New family memberships are currently being considered. Membership is obtained by online registration above. An entire household must be included in the membership.
Returning Members: Annual dues are due March 31st. The maintenance fee will increase by $25 on April 1st.
New Members
Bond fee: There is a one-time $200 share of stock to purchase. (Refundable upon membership termination)
Application fee: There is a one-time $200 application fee.

Special Senior Discounted Dues
For households with one or two individuals, all of whom are at least age 65, there is a discounted dues of $350 (plus bond/application fee for new senior members). The registration link for seniors is on the home page under "team events".
Waiting Lists
When we do have a waitlist, there are two working waiting lists: one for Haverford Township residents for whom preference is given, and a second for those living outside the township. When a membership opening occurs, the first family on the waiting list will be informed, and upon receipt of payment for the membership fee, current year dues, and the full purchase price of one share of stock, the membership application will be submitted for action.
August Membership - Registration available beginning July 1
Memberships for August are available from August 1 through Labor Day for $300 per family. August members themselves are considered guests of the pool therefore are not permitted to bring guests.
Dues - Dues can be paid online through the above registration link. Checks made payable to Hilltop Swim Club can also be mailed to PO Box 672, Havertown, PA 19083. We also accept PayPal (@[email protected]).
Redeeming your bond
Hilltop Swim Club reserves the right to purchase back bonds returned to the club. The club will attempt to re-sell the bond to a new member and will then reimburse the previous bond holder for the bond fee. All bonds returned before March 31st each year will be considered for purchse during the current year. To surrender your bond, please sign the back and mail it to P.O. Box 672, Havertown, PA 19083.
Board of Governors
Hilltop Swim Club planning decisions are made by the nine elected Board of Governors. Please refer to the Club By-Laws or contact us if interested in joining the Board to help improve the club.
