Tracy will be at the pool tomorrow collecting the paperwork. Midlakes information with the link to the online class and form: Midlakes Swim League : Safe Sport (teamunify.com) In order to participate, these forms MUST be brought with your swimmer on their first day of practice.

Fairwood’s Updated Covid Policy: Those who are fully vaccinated do not need to wear a mask or socially distance at the club. Because we have many swimmers under age 12 who are not yet eligible for the vaccine, we are still requiring the 6ft of distance for all of our swimmers. The daily attestation form is no longer needed and the locker rooms and showers are open for full use.

What to Bring to Practice: the Midlakes form and SafeSport certificate, a water bottle, towel, goggles, kick board (and pull buoy, if you have one) and wear a racing suit/speedo/jammer.
