Welcome to the 2025 Cedarmill Stingrays Swim Team Registration Information for our upcoming Swim Team Season! Please note that registration for Cedarmill Bath and Tennis Club Members will be completed at https://www.cedarmillpool.com starting this year. The process is simple for both new and returning swimmers. All swim team communication will come from TeamUnify and this registration. With registration, you will get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for work-duty jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.
We look forward to you becoming a Stingray and are excited for another great season! Below are some instructions for registering for the team. Please review them and then click Register Now below to begin the registration process.
SWIM FEES
There are two options for swimmers. Option 1 is for Cedarmill Bath and Tennis Club members. Option 2 is for swim team members that are not active members of the pool. Please note, that past club members are not able to join the swim team as swim team only members due to the club by-laws.
- 1 - Swim Team - CLUB Member: $100 NOTE: This option is for pool member children aged 18 or younger who are joining Swim Team
- 2 - Swim Team - NON-CLUB Member: $160 NOTE: This option is for non pool member children aged 18 or younger who are joining Swim Team
Please note that after May 15th, both registration fees above will be raised by $20. This extra payment is due to the additional cost to increase our insurance as well as ensure that we have enough coaches available for the season.
WORK COMMITMENT
Swim meets cannot happen without parent participation! Each family is required to fulfill THREE work assignments during the season and if your child swims at conferences, one conference duty. In order to be able to run our meets, we will require THREE separate $100 checks, due by the first practice of the year (May 30th) or before your child can start swimming. If you do not plan to work, we are offering an option to buy-out for $300 up front during the registration process. Any missed work duty will incur a $100 fine per instance, which will be paid through one work committment check per instance.

REFUNDS
Full refunds are available up until practice begins on May 30th. Once practice has started, refunds will be on a case by case basis. We have incurred Gateway and Insurance costs per swimmer. Refunds after May 30th will be minus any costs incurred to the swim team including up to a 3% transaction fee paid to TeamUnify.
