Swim Dual Meet Registration is Open Now!

Hello Goodman Waves Swim Team!

ALL SWIM DUAL MEETS ARE NOW OPEN FOR REGISTRATION! You can access all 2025 meets (and other events) from the ‘Event Sign-Up’ page on the Waves website: https://www.gomotionapp.com/team/recgw/page/events#/team-events/upcoming 

If you want to take the opportunity to sign up for all of your meets for the summer now, you can absolutely do that. I will also send reminders about meet registration deadlines each week, if you prefer to sign up one meet at a time. 

Generally, registration for dual meets will close on Thursday at 11:30am (~1.5 days before the meet). So, the deadline for the West Side meet is June 12 at 11:30am. I cannot accommodate late signups, so please mind the deadline!

Individual Events and Relays: Kids may swim 2 individual events and will automatically be considered for both relays (UNLESS you leave a note for the coaches in the "notes" section letting them know you are not available for 1 or both relays). Coaches assign relays and do their best to put all swimmers on one or both relays. Please note: We expect all swimmers to be available for relays. It's part of being on a team. Expect coaches to put kids in for strokes they might not choose themselves. They know what your kids can do!

NEW 15-18 EVENTS: The All-City League is testing out 2 new events for the 15-18 age group this summer – The 50 fly and 100 IM. Big kids should take advantage of these new events and try them out! Note: You may only swim 1 butterfly event and 1 IM event (i.e., you cannot swim 50 and 100 butterfly or 100 and 200 IM). New events will fall directly before their longer counterparts in the meet schedule.
