What is this all About?

Live music from the awesome, "Cover Th!s" band (thank you to the band again for their support) • tasty appetizers • dancing • silent auction • no-host bar. Socialize with coaches, parents, grandparents, coaches, and past athletes. This is an adult event*

"Last year, you really showed up and we need your help again, post-COVID when we couldn't host the normal tournaments and events that generate the bulk of our monies to support our athletes, pool items, update our equipment, and even host events.

The Woodcreek Aquatic Club is a non-profit, volunteer organization established to benefit water polo, swim, and dive athletes. As many non-profits and businesses have struggled through the pandemic, getting back to supporting our local businesses can go hand-in-hand with supporting our schools. Not only is your donation tax-deductible, but it is also an excellent way to highlight the generosity of your business and help connect to potential future customers - as our event attracts hundreds of members of our local community. (Tax ID available upon request).

Ideas for Donations

Last year, we received gift cards, gift baskets, company swag, artwork, spa and athletic packages, water polo swag and equipment, and even therapeutic opportunities for our athletes. If you're an artist or have skills or services to share - we welcome that too! It all works great in a "slient auction" format.
