Important Dates

• 2/3/25 - ALL ATHLETE MEETING: MON 3:30-4:00PM in the R.A.C. classroom Head Coach, Coach Sierra Buell will be able to answer any questions, in addition to talking about what to expect this season. athletes only* Returning + new athletes - required.
   
• TBD - PARENT MEETING: 
  • The Parent meeting has had to be postponed, stay tuned for a new date/time
     
• 2/10/25 - FIRST DAY OF SWIM PRACTICE: Monday at the RAC / pool. 
  • Practices are Mon-Fri except for Meet days. Practices are held during school breaks
  • Those with 4th period sports will practice during that time until a bit after school
  • After-school practice will run from 3:45 until aprrox 5:15/5:30
  • Athletic Clearance - get it done ASAP, uploaded, and cleared - or you CANNOT practice.
     
• 2/17/25 - 2/21/25 - PRACTICE
  • Ski Week and Spring Break practices will be Mon-Fri from 0800-10:00AM. These practices are considered mandatory unless you have plans already in place and need to be out of town. Please talk with your coach if you need to be excused.

• Divers @ Oakmont HS - TBD* - please connect with Javier Salcedo directly at [email protected] for information.*
   
• Athlete registration:  All NEW + RETURNING students interested in swim & dive must fill out this form. 
   
• SportsYou App: Parents AND athletes - download the app and then connect with the team parents for the code (we can't post here for privacy reasons). Updates will be posted here, volunteer opportunities, etc so you're connected.
   
  • Once practices begin, expect coach updates from team parents on Sunday evening or Monday.
     

• Athlete Contribution:

  • $150 per athlete

  • $75 for each additional sibling

  • Please send Payment via Venmo @WHSAquatics https://venmo.com/u/WHSaquatics
    Athletes who pay before 2/14 will receive a free Woodcreek Swim t-shirt and one team cap!
    Don’t forget to add your athlete's name and t-shirt size to the Venmo Memo.
     

• Swimsuit and Gear Orders:

For ease of ordering, we’ve set up a store through Swim Outlet. Embroidered items are a fundraiser for our team.

Equipment Required:

*Please note that team branded gear is not required. Non-team gear can be purchased from any site/store desired

• Team suit (or solid black competition suit) both available at Swim Outlet
• Swim Cap
• Goggles
• Towel
• Kickboard

Recommended:

• Parka
• Swim bag
• Special Team Spirit Wear-Merchandise (New to swim season 2025)

*Team apparel/Spirit wear (themed t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, hats) will be available for purchase starting the week of 2/3*
 

• Volunteering: Support for your athletes doesn't always have to be monetary. We love our volunteers! Please consider coming in for volunteer training during time trials and join in on the fun. All volunteers get in free to Home meets on the days that they are volunteering as well as getting the best seat in the house. Plus, as much as our teens moan and groan about having mom or dad around, they secretly love having us involved.
