Allow time to find parking - school will be in session on Friday.
DO NOT park in staff parking or in the main school lot on Friday OR areas roped off for volunteers + officials.
Additional Parking is available at the Roseville Sports Center + Martha Riley Library (north of the RAC - see the map in Satellite view and you can see a trail behind the library OR you can simply come down Woodcreek Oaks Blvd). The trails behind the library are NOT wheelchair friendly and there are some parts that are uneven ground - please take Woodcreek Oaks Blvd for your safety.
There are some streets on Friday that require permits for parking - park at your own risk + don't park illegally.

Admission:

Enter the R.A.C. from the Woodcreek Oaks side at the parking lot
General Admission $5; No passes are allowed for this event.
Program Sales: TBD if programs will be provided for sale* A meet program will be sold each day at the gate for $3.00. Programs will be provided to each team’s coaches for both trials and finals
Cash and Venmo will be accepted (thank you for marking your venmo with event name)
Download the MeetMobile app to follow along for results and events (and your favorite players). It's free unless you want to see specific results.

Seating:

Spectators: We do have stadium seating to the south part of the complex that's partially covered
Athletes and coaches: there will be room for team EZ-Ups and athletes' chairs
Please be mindful of cones and barriers to keep areas to only athletes, timers, and officials - thank you for understanding

Food, Refreshments, and Jolyn

Hospitality (Coaches + Officials Only): Light snacks, lunch, and drinks will be provided.
Timers: Light snacks and drinks will be provided to all timers throughout the meet.
Athletes + spectators - will be no snack bar - please bring your own supplies and drinks if not okay with food trucks!
Jolyn will be on-site 4/19/24 from 11:30-3:30

Restrictions: (One day event)

EZ-UPs are okay if they're anchored to the ground with weights or buckets of water - no exceptions.
If we have high winds - you may be asked to collapse your tent.
No propane heaters
No tobacco products
No overnight parking at the RAC (City of Roseville facility)
No glass containers
No pets in the pool area, except service animals
No alcoholic beverages
No buses in RAC parking lot - see parking comments** (we have construction in our north gravel lot*)
NO TARPS are allowed on the grass area
