Weekly Email Updates from the L-S Otters Board

• Prior to and during the swim season, weekly emails are sent out to those registered on the L-S Otters website.

• Emails include important upcoming information throughout the season as well as important news and deadlines.

• This information will also be posted on the website under the NEWS heading.

​Remind Mobile App

• ​L-S Otters Swim Team used the free Remind Mobile App to send out important and time-sensitive information to parents and swimmers.  

• Instructions to join: Text @lsot to the number 81010 (You should receive a welcome text in response)

• We use Remind for the following:

  •  Changes to practice/meets due to inclement weather

  •  Reminders about declaring attendance for meets

  • "Last call" pleas for volunteers
