New to Swim Team? Welcome!! Follow the instructions below to register your swimmer for the swim season.
Select "Team Registration" under the System menu on your left-hand side.
When the Columbia Sharks (TeamUnify) screen open, click the green continue button at the bottom.
When the next screen opens, hit the green button at the bottom that says “create new account”
Enter your email address and your (the parent’s) birthdate using a two digit month, date and a four digit year, click continue.
Proceed to fill out account information.
On the next screen, press the green button labeled “add member” to add your child as a swimmer. Continue to add members until all swimmers you are registering for swim team are complete. Fill out all the information about your swimmer including full names, nicknames, date of birth (age will be auto populated), physician name and phone number, allergies and medications, and be sure to select their age group at the bottom.
Answer the question if you would like to donate $50 to the end of the year coach’s gift.
Read and agree to the Medical Waiver, Liability Waiver and Job Signup Agreement. Click continue.
Review all information and the billing receipt which will automatically apply the multi child discount.
Under Payment Method, select “Member Account.” Click proceed to check out.
Review information and click “submit registration.”
A receipt of the charges will be emailed to the email you just registered.
As a new 2022 registration to the Swim Team, your registration will need to be approved by our team's representatives. 2022 Swim Team Registrations are approved daily, at the end of the day on a first come first serve basis.
Once approved, you will receive a separate email title "Your password to access Columbia Country Club Sharks On-Line." Click the first link on that email that says www.teamunify.com/recmcslcccs. Once clicked, and the page opens, scroll to the left side of the screen and click "sign in."
Enter your email and password you set up during registration, and hit log in. Once Logged in, an additional dialog box will appear, click the link in the lower right that says "take me there now."
An Account Contact Information page will open. Click the yellow "unverified" box and click "yes" resend verification email now. Go to your email inbox, open the email from TeamUnify and click the link to verify your email address. Your child(ren) are now registered for Swim Team and your Columbia Sharks account it set up.
Continue to volunteer for your two required swim meets by logging in, and clicking the "Job Signup" button next to the name of the meet found on the "Home" page or the "Events" tab at the top of the site.
