2021 Columbia Country Club Parent Volunteer/Job Signup Instructions

Please note: before you are able to volunteer for your two required swim meet jobs, your registration must be approved and you must be able to log into the Swim Team Website.

1. Go to the Swim Team page of the Columbia Country Club website, and click the link that says “Swim Team Website.”

2. The Columbia Sharks Website (TeamUnify.com) will open.

3. Click “Sign in” on the top left of the screen.

4. Log in using your email and password you created when registering your child for swim team and creating your online account.

5. Once logged in, click the “Events” tab at the top of the page.

6. On the “Events” page, you will see the names, dates, times and locations of every swim meet and swim team social event.

7. Click the grey “Job Signup” button of the meet you wish to volunteer for. 

8. Review the available jobs and positions.

9. With the cursor of your mouse, click the square open box next to an available job slot then click the button with a circular green + sign that says “Signup.”

10. Enter your email address and press “Signup”

11. Repeat the job signup process until you have satisfied the requirement of volunteering for your two required swim meets.
