A-meet Sign-up Instructions

A-meets take place on Saturday mornings from 8 am to 12 pm. To be eligible to participate in an event, a swimmer's best time of the season in that particular event and their availability to attend the meet for that week are taken into account.

In order to determine the availability of the swimmers, coaches rely on their declaration. Please declare your swimmer(s) as soon as you can,  and no later than Wednesday night of each week. 

If your swimmer is entered in the A-meet, it is expected that they arrive on time and participate. Failure to do so, without a genuine excuse, could lead to ineligibility in the next swim meet at the discretion of the Head Coach.
