Spring Conditioning

The MCST coaches invite swimmers to participate in Spring Conditioning at Alhambra High School.

Spring Conditioning will be for 5 weeks on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from March 2nd until April 2nd. Swimmers can participate 2 or 3 days each week.

Practice 1: 5:50-6:30 PM  (younger swimmers, approx 9/10 & younger)

Practice 2: 6:40-7:20 PM (older swimmers, approx 11 & older)

8 & Unders will focus on breathing, streamlines, kicking, and swimming full laps. One coach per lane.

Swimmers 9 & older will focus on getting in shape for the swim season doing lots of kicking, swimming, breath control, and turns.

Swimmers who have swam competitively before are eligible to sign up for spring conditioning. Exceptions can be made by emailing Coach Keelan.

To sign up for spring conditioning email [email protected] the swimmer’s name and whether they will be there 2 or 3 days a week (specify the days if doing 2 days per week). I do have to know which days as spring swim usually fills up.

The fees for three days a week will be $200 and two days a week $175. Venmo @KeelanKirshen only once your spot is confirmed.

Let me know if you have any questions.
