Required items for ALL swimmers:
*Team suits - Please note that racing suits are tight-fitting and may feel too small to those not accustomed to race suits. These suits are for meets. 

Recommended items for swimmers:
*Swim goggles for practices and meets.
*Swim fins (NOT scuba/snorkel fins with straps. Make sure to get fins with a 4-6" blade. These are used at practices.
*Practice suits (one or two are recommend) For girls, one-piece suits are recommended. For boys, jammers or Speedos are recommended, not board shorts.

Team swim caps are provided to all swimmers at no charge. Silicone team caps are available for purchase.

 Cassel’s Swim & Awards Store is open Monday through Friday: 10am - 6pm. It’s located at 4115 Pleasant Valley Rd. Suite #500, Chantilly, Va 20151. Swimmers will be sized for suits and then they will be ordered for a later delivery date.Team sizing night May 14th, 6-8pm at Cassel's.

Race suits are designed to be tight, so it is a good idea to have your swimmer try on the suit at the store where the staff can assist you in getting the right fit. Boys can chose between jammers and briefs.
