SportsNet Miramonte Athletics Student-Athlete Registration

SportsNet Inc. provides secure online registration services for high school athletic programs.  Below are instructions for creating a parent/guardian user account and registering one or more athletes at Miramonte High School.  

All students must be registered and have medical clearances processed before they can participate in tryouts or practices for Miramonte High School Sports.  Clearance forms must be submitted each year to allow for participation.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have the following prior to attempting to register your child:

  • Your child’s student identification number

Returning Students:  Same identification number as in the past

New Students:  You can find your identification number inside the Miramonte registration information that was provided to students.

  • The exact spelling of your child’s first and last name as it appears in official school records
  • A scanned copy of your child’s completed Pre-Participation Physical Exam on your device  (to be uploaded during registration)  Please note that physical forms must be dated and stamped on or after JUNE 1, 2023.
  • Your child’s active health insurance coverage information, including the name of the provider and the policy ID

 

Creating an Account

  1. Go to https://sportsnethost.com/auhsd-miramonte-parent/index.php?page=sign-in
  2. Click the Create an Account link near the bottom of the screen
  3. Enter the required information and submit the form
  4. Log in to the system with your email address and password
  5. Follow the instructions inside the system

 

Registration Process

Be sure to carefully read the instructions on each screen and provide all required information.  If you are unable to finish in a single session, the information you have already submitted will be saved and you can log back in at a later time to finish.

 

Returning Student-Athletes

  • Physical exam forms must be submitted each year to allow for participation.
  • Go to https://sportsnethost.com/auhsd-miramonte-parent/index.php?page=sign-in
  • Parents of returning athletes can sign in using the same user account they used last year.  If you cannot remember your password, click on “Forgot Your Password?”
  • Emergency contact and health information previously entered will still be in the system for each returning athlete.  Parents will need to confirm (and/or update) the information and provide acknowledgments of policies.  
  • Parents will be able to upload a new Pre-Participation Physical Exam Form after June 1st.
  • Please note that physical forms must be dated and stamped on or after JUNE 1, 2023.

 

Important

The school will not receive your submission until you complete the entire process, ending with your final electronic signature on the last available screen.   Be sure to check your email for a confirmation message after you have finished.
