Marin Swim League Code of Conduct
One of the primary objectives of the Marin Swim League is to foster and promote the ideals of good sportsmanship, fair play and fellowship for all participants, by creating an environment that nurtures self-esteem in all swimmers and supports the communities which it serves.
The following acts would constitute a violation of the MSL code of conduct:
- Any act of discrimination
- Any act of bullying - be it verbal, written or electronically communicated
- Any act of verbal or physical sexual harassment, whether perceived or otherwise
- Criminal offense or conduct
- Use or distribution of illegal drugs
- Any act of physical misconduct or aggression
- Inappropriate conduct toward an official or volunteer at practice or meets

Please report any violation to your coach, club president, meet director, or directly to the Marin Swim League board. Any member or prospective member of any club may be denied membership, censured, suspended or expelled from the league for violation.
