How To Sign Up (Declare) for Swim Meets

Please use this site to formally let us know if your child is available to swim in both our A and B meets.

For Saturday morning A meets:

The Coaching staff chooses swimmers based on the top times per event. We will need to know if your child is swimming/not swimming NO LATER than noon on Wednesday before the Saturday morning meet. This will allow enough time to finalize the lineup before it's due to the other team.

For Wednesday evening B meets

Parents/swimmers will decide which events to sign up for.  When declaring on Team Unify, be sure to indicate the events they will participate in.  

How do I Indicate if my swimmer Will or Will Not attend a Meet

You must be signed into your Team Unify account to indicate swimmer attendance at a meet.

How do I indicate whether my swimmer will attend?

  1. After signing into your account, go to the Events tab on the menu bar.
  2. Under the Events tab, look for the Meet you want to sign up for.
  3. Click on the "Attend/Decline This Event"  (again you will need to be signed in to Team Unify).
  4. You will notice under "Member Commitment" the default is "not committed"
  5. Click on your swimmer's name(s) for the meet
  6. You will then see a line called "Declaration," and depending on your swimmer (s) status for that meet, select either:
  7. Check "Yes", (swimmer's name) please sign up and enter any comments.
  8. Check "No thanks" (swimmers name) if your swimmer will not attend this meet.
  9. Click  "Save Changes" for system to process. This is important to finalize your request.

Please do this for each meet as the season progresses. This will help ensure our lineup is accurate throughout the season.

If you know your schedule now, please sign into your account and "uncommit" your swimmers from any A or B meets. It is important to understand your child might be eligible to swim in an A meet, so please note if they are available by checking, "Yes" ( See steps above).
