Declaring for Meets

You must use this website (under events) or the Sports Engine App to formally let us know if your child is available to swim or not in both our A and B meets.
 
⚠️  Please note, the default is Uncommitted which means your swimmer is not available to swim.  ⚠️
 
If you know your schedule now, please use the steps below to declare your swimmer for the upcoming A and B meets.  Coaches use this information to determine meet lineups, so it is critical that you declare for A meets using the instructions below.
 
If you have any problems or cannot sign in to uncommit, please send an e-mail to Coach JoAnn as soon as possible to let her know your availability.

For Saturday morning A meets

The coaches decide who will swim based on your child's availability and each swimmer's times. This line up will change weekly due to swimmer improvements, absences, etc.  We will need to know if your child plans to attend the Saturday meet by Tuesday night. This gives the coaches time to determine and submit the lineup for the meet.  Also, if your swimmer is only available to part of the meet, please indicate this information (ex: available for the first half of the meet or second half of the meet- please do not indicate a time).

For Wednesday evening B meets

You will have the option of selecting which events your child will swim for B Meets. Your selection will be subject to the Coaching team's approval. We will need to know the events your child would like to swim in the B Meet by Sunday night.

How do I declare my swimmer for meets?

  1. Sign into your Team Unify account, and go to the Events page.
  2. Find the Meet you want to sign up for.
  3. Click on the Attend/Decline This Event.
  4. You will notice the default is not committed.
  5. Click on your swimmer's name(s) for the meet.
  6. You will then see a line called Declaration, and depending on your swimmer (s) status for that meet, select either:
    1. Check Yes, please sign <name> up for this event.  For B meets, enter the desired events into the comments.
    2. Check No thanks <name> will NOT attend this event if your swimmer will not attend this meet.
  7. Click Save Changes for system to process. This is important to finalize your request.
  8. Please do this for each meet as the season progresses. This will help ensure our lineup is accurate throughout the season.
