FIVE SEASONS’ SWIMMING & DIVING TEAM
Welcome back to the summer 2023 Season!!!!
The Five Seasons Swim & Dive Team Boosters and Coaches invite your children to join us this summer for lots of fun, exercise and excitement!! The Swim/Dive team is a great way for your children to make new friends at the pool and become more confident in their abilities either in the pool or going off the diving board. Plus…it is just a lot of fun for the children and the parents.
We are a recreational team that competes in the Northern Kentucky Swim League (NKSL). Practices start Monday, June 5, and run through the week of July 24. The cost is $140/swimmer with family discounts for additional children (see back page).
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:
All pool members in good standing are eligible to participate on the swim and dive team. Gator swimmers/divers are eligible for their respective age group as of their age on June 1, 2023. If their birthday falls on June 1, they are eligible to swim in the group that aligns with their age on May 31, 2023.
For the Swim Team, the child must be able to swim unassisted one lap freestyle and one lap backstroke.
If they are not able to do this unassisted, your child can be a member of the Jr. Gator Swim Team which is explained in more detail here. This is for the children that can at least push off the walls on their belly and back all by themselves but just not able to complete a full lap of the stroke.
TEAM PRACTICE SCHEDULE:
Diving: Monday – Thursday for 1 hour between 9:00am – 10:00am for the 8&Unders and 9&10 age groups and 10:00-11:00 a.m. for the 11 & older age groups beginning Monday, June 6.
Swimming: Monday - Thursday mornings between the hours of 9:00-11:00am for approximately 1 hour each day starting June 7. The 8&under and 9-10 age groups will practice from 10:00-11:00. The 11-12, 13-14, and 15-18 age groups will practice from 9:00-10:00.
2023 MEET SCHEDULE:
There are 6 regular Swim & Dive Meets. Diving meets are held on Tuesdays beginning June 6 and swim meets are held Thursdays beginning June 8. Five Seasons has a bye week the week of July 4th holiday!

Parents of Swim/Dive Team members are required to work at least THREE of the diving and swim team events during the season. Parents can sign up for jobs on the Team Unify site weekly.
REGISTRATION FOR THE SWIM/DIVE/JR. GATOR TEAM CAN BE MADE THROUGH TEAM UNIFY starting on April 1, 2023 at www.fiveseasonsgators.com
GATOR AND JR. GATOR COSTS
1 swimmer, diver or jr. gator: $150
2 swimmer, diver or jr. gator: $280
3 or more swimmer, diver or jr. gators: $400
A child who is registered as a Junior Gator is included in the total number of swimmers and divers for that family.
Your registration fee goes towards the following:
- Coaches Salaries and uniforms
- League fees and insurance to the NKSL
- A team t-shirt and cap (given to every registered swimmer and diver-including Jr. Gators- at the start of the season)
- End of the season banquet & awards
- Maintenance costs for team (stop watches, score cards, ribbons, etc.)
- All-Star Meet and Champ Meet fees
- Ribbons that are awarded at each meet.
