MEET SIGN-OUTS
All meet sign-out will now take place on the Evendale Eagles website. To sign-out your swimmer, please log-in to the website, click the meet you wish to sign out of, select Attend this Event, select the child, then finally select “No thanks, will not attend.” Line-ups are usually made several days in advance of the meet and it’s imperative that the kids are signed out ahead of time. If an emergency comes up on meet day, please let the coaches know as soon as possible. Unless you “sign” your child out of meet, coaches will assume they are attending.
It is VERY important to let the coaches know ASAP if a swimmer will NOT be swimming in Championships.
NEWSLETTERS & COMMUNICATION
If you have any information that you would like to go out in the weekly Evendale E-News please contact Caroline Razzano at [email protected]. This E-News will be placed on the website weekly.
Call Multiplier
We will use the Call Multiplier call system to communicate with all of the families this season. This phoning system will contact all the swim team families to alert them if any changes in swim team events or practices should occur. Please be sure to list all pertinent information on your activity forms so you can be contacted.
FAMILY BINS
All communications take place via the new Evendale Eagles website and through emails. We will use the family bins for ribbon and award distribution. Please check them regularly, especially after each meet.
The bulletin board at the pool may also be used to post swim team information, but we will primarily use the website for all communications.
