Yard Signs, T-Shirt Sizes, Apps, & Declaring for Meets
Good Day Barracudas Families!
We are officially less than 1 month away from the 2025 Barracudas season to begin!! Who is excited?!?!
Here are this week’s updates:
Yard Signs
If you would like to order a Barracudas Yard Sign, the time is now. Please use this form to complete your order. All orders must be submitted and paid for by May 18th. Yard signs will be ready for distribution at picture day on June 10th.
T-Shirt Sizes
Last call to review your swimmer’s t-shirt sizes for the tie-dye party. If you are a new Barracudas, you already submitted your size at registration. If you are a returning Barracudas, t-shirt sizes were not prompted at registration. You will need to check your swimmer’s sizes. Not sure where to find this…follow these steps
From laptop/desktop
Sign into your account at www.huntingtonbarracudas.org
Under My Account select Members tab
Select your swimmer then scroll down to Apparel Sizing
Review your shirt size selected for your child
From mobile
Sign into your account at www.huntingtonbarracudas.org or SportsEngine Motion App
Select Membership then My Account
Within the Members Tab scroll on the top banner to Apparel
There will be a green edit pencil on the bottom, click this to edit the shirt size if needed
Reminder, there are youth AND adult sizes. We are pulling sizes for the team on May 15th.

This is the same login you use for our Barracudas website. From here you can sign up for jobs, declare meets, view meet results, update your t-shirt size, view best times, etc.
MeetMobile
This is a paid subscription app to view live swim meet results
Remind
We will send families closer to the start of the season a code for the Remind notifications. This will be the message system we will use if there are practice changes or meet changes due to weather or other delays.
Declaring for Swim Meets
We have started to enter our swim meets within Sports Engine. If you are familiar with the system you can start reviewing and declaring for meets. For new families, we will send out a guide next week on how to view swim meets in order to declare or decline your swimmers.
You can sign up for swim meets also from the Barracudas home page button, Swim Meet Sign Up, also linked here.
Barracudas News Page
We will start saving all emails to our homepage called Barracudas News. If you ever need to reference any of these emails going forward, they will be located on the website home page.
