Swim Meet Sign Up
Greetings Barracudas Families!
The time has come to start reviewing swim meets and submitting commitments for your swimmers. Each swim meet has a commitment/sign up deadline (usually 1 week prior to the swim meet).
Common question, why do I have to declare my swimmer? After the swim meet commitment date, coaches start building the individual and relay line ups. This process takes time, allows for a smooth positive check-in the day of the meet, and most importantly for our swim meets to start on time.
How to Sign up for Swim Meets?

We encourage you to review all meets and start committing now if you know your swimmer can attend but submit the commitment if they cannot attend. This helps us and the coaches to not have to chase you to find out if you’re planning to go but more importantly to minimize the chance you forgot to sign up your swimmer. Note swimmers CANNOT be added after the commitment deadline.
All swim meets for the season are ready for commitment. City and Classic commitments will be discussed during mid season.
Yard Signs
If you would like to order a Barracudas Yard Sign, today is the last day. Please use this form to complete your order. All orders must be submitted and paid for by May 18th. Yard signs will be ready for distribution at picture day on June 10th.
Teenagers Workers List
We are still gathering a list of teenagers who are willing to work swim meets. Barracudas families can hire these workers to complete their jobs. The hiring family pays the worker fee and are responsible for the worker to be at the meet and fulfill the entire job. Bullpen/Clerk of Course is not an available job you can hire a teenage worker. If you have a teenager willing to work swim meets, please complete this form.
Junior Coaches
Coach Laura sent out a message earlier this week that we are gathering interest in junior coaching. Junior coaching is open to any swimmers who are going into 8th grade in the fall of 2025 or older. All new and returning junior coaches please fill out this google form. The final schedule will be shared with junior coaches at the start of the season.
