Thank you all so much for your flexibility for our meet tomorrow. Please continue to keep that flexibility and patience as we navigate our home meet at a different pool.

Before we dive into the details for tomorrow, we want to stress the importance of treating the Naperville Tennis Club facility, volunteers, and their swimmers with respect. We will not tolerate any behavior that will jeopardize this partnership we have with them for tomorrow. That means take the extra step to pick up your trash, say thank you to any of the NTC volunteers, and bring those awesome Barracudas vibes we all love!

Location / Address: 2nd best pool in all of Naperville Swim Conference ~ Naperville Tennis Club / 1011 E Benton Ave, Naperville, IL 60540

Parking: Due to the limited size of the NTC parking lot, please plan on using street parking

Gates Open: 7:30am

Positive Check-In Deadline: 7:45am

If you are running late, please phone a friend to check-in. Swimmers not checked in by 7:45am will be scratched

Warm-Up: 7:45am (starting age groups: 6 and under & 7-8s)

Senior Celebration: ~8:15am start time

Meet Start: ~8:30am (please note this might be a little delayed due to our senior celebration)

Weather: Another hot summer morning! Plan accordingly with water, fans, and tents.

Concessions: Barracudas bistros will be limited due to our relocation. We will have donuts, coffee, gatorade, water, pop, pop tarts, breakfast bars, chips, and candy. Cash, zelle, and venmo will be available.

Spirit Sales: We will have no spirit sales at this meet.

Jobs: Check-in for jobs will be somewhere near our tent city set up. Look for a president or job chair for check in.

Timers Meeting: 8:00am. WE STILL NEED 1 MORE TIMER! COME ON HUNTINGTON I KNOW SOMEONE WILL HELP :)

Spirit Theme Pajama Rama! Be sure to check in at the spirit table to be entered into the raffle.

Barracudas Buddies: Find out when your buddy swims and cheer them on in their races! Feel free to buy them some candy or breakfast treats from Barracudas bistro.

Tent City Set Up: Please see Orcas meet packet here for tent city set up. We are setting up as the away team.

Bullpen: We will have our standard blue canopy with blue event numbers lining up swimmers for events. We will be utilizing the visitor bullpen for this meet.

Swim Meet Checklist: Swimsuit, swim caps, goggles, towels, sunscreen/bug spray, dry clothes, shoes, tent/blanket, sharpies, and HIGH GRATITUDE BARRACUDAS VIBES

Event Numbers: Events are finalized and can be viewed for Saturday Make sure you have your swimmer’s events listed on their hands/arms or on paper before you leave the house. Relays can always change after positive check-in. Blue clipboards will be available with the event numbers for swimmers to check their events and write their numbers on their hand.

July 11 - Last Barracudas practice for swimmers not swimming in Classic or City

July 12 - 8U meet @ Naperville Tennis Club

July 12 - Registration deadline for Naperville Classic Meet

July 17 - High School Invite @ Naper Carriage Hill
