Hello Barracudas! Below are all the details for our last meet before the 4th of July break.

We want to emphasize behavior at meets. Officials (volunteers in white polos/khaki bottoms) are refs. They are just like a ref on a soccer field, umpires at baseball games, and refs at basketball games. If your child is exhibiting behavior that is disruptive to them or the meet, they are within their full jurisdiction to give a warning and even scratch your swimmer from the meet. Please take a moment and remind your swimmer of this.

Location / Address: Stillwater Pool; 2308 87th St, Naperville, IL 60564

Parking: Parking is limited in the Stillwater Club lot. Additional parking is available on residential streets on the north side of 87th St. Please be mindful NOT to block driveways or mailboxes.

Gates Open: 4:30pm

Positive Check-In Deadline: 4:45pm If you are running late, please phone a friend to check-in. Swimmers not checked in by 4:45pm will be scratched

Warm-Up: 4:45pm (starting age groups: 6 and under & 7-8s)

Meet Start: 5:30pm

Weather: Another sizzler, plan accordingly with water, fans, and cooling towels.

Concessions: Full menu is on the last page of the meet packet. Cash, card, and Zelle will be accepted.

Jobs: Check-in for jobs will be somewhere near our tent city set up. Look for a president or job chair for check in. We still can really use 2 more people in bullpen, please consider helping.

Timers Meeting: 5:10pm

Tent City Set Up: Please see Stillwater meet packet for tent city set up.

Bullpen: We will have our standard blue canopy with blue event numbers lining up swimmers for events.

Bathrooms: Restrooms for swimmers and spectators are available in the locker rooms off the pool deck. Please note that while Stillwater computers and scoring team operates inside our clubhouse, the clubhouse is closed to swimmers and spectators during swim meets.

Swim Meet Checklist: Swimsuit, swim caps, goggles, towels, sunscreen/bug spray, dry clothes, shoes, tent/blanket, sharpies, and 1st DAY OF JULY BARRACUDAS VIBES

Event Numbers: Events are finalized and can be viewed for Saturday Make sure you have your swimmer’s events listed on their hands/arms or on paper before you leave the house. Relays can always change after positive check-in. Blue clipboards will be available with the event numbers for swimmers to check their events and write their numbers on their hand.
